Joining a distinguished group of local arts leaders, Hirshberg helped evaluate this year’s submissions, which challenged artists to transform an everyday pizza box into an unexpected work of art. The exhibition invited creatives to explore new ideas surrounding material, perception, and artistic possibility — proving that inspiration can be found in even the most ordinary objects.
From imaginative reinterpretations to thought-provoking conceptual works, the exhibition showcased the creativity and innovation of artists throughout the region. By encouraging artists to look beyond traditional materials and approaches, This Is Not a Pizza Box celebrates experimentation, originality, and the limitless possibilities of artistic expression.
As a gallery dedicated to connecting collectors with exceptional artwork and fostering meaningful relationships within the arts community, SH Modern is honored to support opportunities that highlight and encourage emerging and established artists throughout Southwest Florida.
